In addition to the individual Story Maps I created in which I focus on each author, analyzing how, for each of them, location played a role in shaping their relationship to their publishers, I wanted to visualize the evolution of each author’s publications over the years.
I have therefore created four timelines using TimelineJS, that highlight the books from Huysmans, Lorrain, Rachilde, and Schwob, that were published between the beginning of their respective careers and their deaths. When possible, I have added links to digitized copies of their publications.
